Zhaoyue Fan

Zhaoyue Fan (*1992)

Zhaoyue Fan was born in Wuhan, China and later grew up in Beijing, China. She has been working and living in Germany and Switzerland since 2016. Currently she is studying Fine Arts at Zürcher Hochschule der Künste.

Zhaoyue Fan’s artistic practice encompasses video, installation, performance, and writing/storytelling. Starting with collecting images, texts and objects from daily life, her work is a series of translations, transformations and transpositions based on the transcultural context.
